Real Estate Law

The legal definition of real estate or real property is land and the buildings and
structures located on it. Real Estate Laws governs who may own, transfer and use land. Real Estate can be owned by individual(s) or entities like a Trust or LLC for asset protection purposes. Ownership in Real Estate should also be analyzed when developing an effective Estate Planning. It is also important to note that New York State, the Federal government and local governments have their own laws regarding the zoning and fees for all real estate transactions.
